Michael Hansen

With a background spanning mining, electrical infrastructure, and engineered safety solutions, I’ve spent more than a decade building businesses that support critical operations across Australia. Through Harness Solutions Australia, I work closely with mining, industrial, and construction clients to deliver practical, reliable systems that improve safety, productivity, and compliance in demanding environments.

My approach is collaborative and solutions-focused. I believe the best outcomes come from understanding the operational challenges our clients face and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions backed by technical expertise and responsive support. Whether supporting major projects or solving day-to-day site challenges, my focus is on building long-term relationships and creating value through quality, reliability, and trust.

Sales and Business Development Manager

Panashe Mazorodze

I’m Panashe Maz: most people call me Maz. With a background spanning mining, manufacturing, and procurement, I’ve supported multimillion-dollar engagements with Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining organisations where reliability, safety, and delivery certainty are non-negotiable.

My approach is consultative and outcomes-driven, I work closely with stakeholders to diagnose operational risk and deliver engineered solutions that align technical performance with commercial objectives. I understand the real cost of unplanned downtime and fragile supply chains, and I bring the technical confidence to convert complex requirements into dependable, scalable solutions.

Finance Manager

Julie Robinson

Julie joined MTGA in 2022 and leads the company’s financial function, overseeing finance and human resources while playing a key role in the broader non-production operations of the business, including purchasing and supplier engagement. With more than 30 years’ experience in accounting, Julie brings deep financial expertise, strong commercial insight, and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Her involvement across the business helps ensure operations run efficiently, teams are well supported, and the foundations are in place for sustainable growth. What Julie enjoys most about her role is working closely with the team, solving problems, building strong supplier relationships, and contributing to the growth of a thriving business and positive workplace culture. She values the diversity of her role, enjoys being hands-on across operations, and is known for getting things done, all while keeping the atmosphere light-hearted and a good laugh never too far away.

Meet Jason Foulds, MTGA’s Sales and Business Development Manager. Jason leads our sales and client relationship functions, connecting businesses with the right MTGA solutions for their operational needs.

He’s often the first point of contact for new enquiries, ensuring every client receives clear, informed support from initial discussion through to delivery.
